As we begin the new year, we want to thank you for doing business with Cavalier Reporting and Videography. Your trust means a lot to us. We also want to let you know about a shift in the delivery of transcripts, effective January 15th, 2023, the Green Transcript Package.

Stacks and more stacks of paper is one thing that comes to mind for people when they envision a court reporter. And it’s a true observation. Indeed, it may be difficult to fathom just how much paper is involved in the services we provide.

We are a local firm and appreciate the natural beauty of our location in the Commonwealth. It is only fitting that we do our part to ensure the health of the environment as well.

One way to do this is to provide you with an electronic transcript. It is the most environmentally friendly option that also arrives at your door, in this case your inbox, immediately upon completion.

Common practice has been to deliver a hard copy transcript. The Green Transcript Package will have you receive transcripts via email. In addition to the digitally signed and certified transcripts, exhibits and videos will also be uploaded to our secured website. Our office will provide you with a username and password to access your files. You can either view or print the transcripts in condensed or full version format. However, we understand that each client has different needs, so we will continue to provide original hard copy transcripts for filing in court, upon request.
